Short answer no
Long answer:
The EOS 1300D is a DSLR Canon camera with the APS-C image sensor / format. The correct lens mount for you would be EF-S. The (good) lens mentioned is intended for the newer RF mount and in full-frame format. There are not many lenses for the EF-S mount, I am not aware of any lens for EF-S mount that corresponds to the RF lens you mentioned. But now the good news is that EF-S is compatible with EF mount. This means that you can purchase an EF 24-70 (Canon or other manufacturers such as Sigma) with an aperture of 4.0 as an example. The crop factor will then give you focal lengths of 38-112mm on your camera, which corresponds to your desired focal length in the middle and upper range. At the bottom you are missing 24mm-37mm. The lenses mentioned are already available at interesting prices, you will probably pay around 550-800 for a used EF 24-70 F4 in good condition. The fixed focal lengths for below are available for little money at around 150-200 - if you change to a Canon RF camera at some point, e.g. the R8 or R10, you can then continue to use your EF lens with an EF to RF adapter.

No, this is an RF mount lens. The 1300D has an EF mount.
