Does this product consist of a router that I can connect to the UPC box and 2 satellites that I can place in the house? Or three satellites and the router has to be bought separately?

You don't have to buy anything else, I've been using it exactly like this (with UPC Box) for about a year - it works very well.
A tip: Deactivate the WLAN of the UPC Box, because Orbi is responsible for the WLAN.
