Good day, Which CE marking incl. class marking does the drone have? "6. I am flying a compliant drone. My drone must have a CE mark and a class marking (C1, C2, C3, C4). If my drone lacks the class marking, I am subject to transitional provisions with slightly restricted rules. A purchased drone without a CE mark may not be flown (exception: the drone is self-built)." * Extract from FOCA Admin Guidelines as of 01.01.2023

Helpful answer
The drone has a CE marking, but does not yet have a class marking. This is still present on very few drones. Since only the class marking is missing and the drone is under 250g, it can be flown until December 2023 anyway. From January 2024, due to its weight, this drone belongs to class A1, which may be flown with a certificate of competence. There will be no major restrictions with this drone, as DJI is also working on giving "older" drones a class marking.
