I have OneNote set up and use it from time to time. Primarily, however, the notes of the device, because OneNote puts a layer over it where you write on Onenote and saves/saves it again in Onenote when you stop writing. Works well, but the feel and speed is much better with the internal app.

I have been using the Onyx Boox Note Air 2 Plus for half a year. Most of the time I use it as a notepad. The writing feeling is really close to writing with a fountain pen on a pad of paper. As a replacement for a writing pad and fountain pen/pencil, I find the Note Air 2 Plus really great.

However, I have reservations about using it as an eBook reader. I originally intended to read multi-column "papers" with the Note 2. However, the readability of PDF documents is poor and the typeface looks blurred. This is probably due to the matte surface; as I said, I find the surface great for writing, but I don't appreciate it as much for reading. For this purpose, I now prefer my "iPad" again. I find that even our old "Tolino" provides a sharper text image.

On the other hand, I find the long battery life very good.

The additionally purchased cover is pretty but unfortunately not very robust. The plastic holders are so brittle that they break after a short time.

Hi, I've only been using the Note Boox with the included notes app. It works perfectly. So far I have been able to do without OneNote. There is a search function for notes, so everything can be found again, as long as you name the notes.

I use it mainly to take notes with drawings/graphics and to send them back to me to put in my computer files. It replaces paper and allows me not to lose anything. The writing and drawing experience is really good. Even children love to draw and nothing is lost.
