I have a small question for you. I already own the product and when I unscrewed the upper bracket, 1 electronic connection pin broke off. In total it has 10 pins. Does this affect the functionality? I couldn't find anything at the moment.

Mhhhhh I have only owned the gimbal for a few days and can't answer this question explicitly.

But if it was this connection pin then I would say that it will make a difference. Check the Feiyu Tech website and ask again.
