Question about Ubiquiti Dream Router

Hello all Yesterday I wanted to use the Dream Machine router, but it could not establish an internet connection with the Quickline modem, not even when plugged directly into the modem. The Quickline modem is new (5 days old). It works smoothly with the old Zyxel; what could be the problem? Many thanks

Hello, I can only confirm that I also had problems with UPC cablecom...after trying a few times, restarting and waiting a bit, it worked at some point...don't know exactly why...
