many thanks to all, I bought the cable and it works wonderfully 4k on 144Hz had to deactivate the GAMEMODE from Samsung otherwise it will not be recognised.

OK thanks a lot, I have already tried two cables, the last one I bought was this one... equip HDMI UHS E.Gewebe -A St/St HDR sw (10 m, HDMI) but as soon as I switch to 120 HZ the source is no longer recognised.

I can only agree with weschpo. I have connected my Samsung Smart TV to my PC and a 4080 SUPER via this 10m cable. I have not experienced any problems with the latest games and 4K@ 120Hz. Tiptop picture transmission, no stuttering, picture fragments etc.

I use this cable and connect my PC via my projector and get 4K@120HZ transmission. Works tiptop.
At 1080P 240HZ is possible.

I didn't pay attention to the HZ, but the respective sofa sessions with my brother were worth it. The transmissions were smooth.
I can recommend it.
