Hello everyone, I have changed my mobile phone and thus also reloaded the TCL app again. Unfortunately, I can no longer connect the watch to my mobile phone. I tried the QR code scan and also the IMEI number, but the message "The device has been connected, please scan the QR code shared by the owner" always appears. I am the owner and have been trying to pair the device for a few days now. Again and again I experience problems with the app, which in my opinion is disastrous. Thank you for valuable advice.
