Hello everyone I bought this router and use it with a Swisscom additional SIM. Speed is not throttled according to Swisscom. Nevertheless, I get less than 1 Mbs... At the same location with a Huawei 5G CPE router over 100Mbs... Could someone help me with this? Many thanks in advance

Hoi
Yes, weird, I would proceed as follows:
- Verification: With the mobile and sim card: Also 5G where Teltonika and Huawei are/were?
- Update firmware to the latest version: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view...
- After installation: Check the signal strength displayed in the monitoring area
- Antennas: Well screwed in/correct? I once read somewhere that they should all be pointing upwards (vertically).
... otherwise I would write more in the evening when I have set up mine and have time.

Hi
I'm a bit late, but I've just tested a HUAWEI 5G with a RUTX I bought recently, placed in the same place and both equipped with a Swisscom SIM card (not limited in speed).
The result is indeed dismaying ... the HUWEI 5G performs 2 x better downlink than the RUTX (used on the 5G range).
For uplink, the performance is roughly equivalent ...
As a result, I was very disappointed with the RUTX, which I had bought to be better than the HUAWEI and which I paid more than CHF 500.00 for!

Is it possible that the SIM card only works for smartwatches? I know that there is such an offer from Swisscom.
