Hello everyone I own a Sony Selphy CP1500 and use the official combination packs with colour cartridges and photo paper. Unfortunately, it has now happened twice that the colour cartridge shows as empty after only 2-5 prints. I have noticed that this has happened every time I have not used the printer for a few days or 2-3 weeks. I am now wondering: Is this a known problem? Can the cartridge dry out or is there another cause? Is there a way to make the cartridge work again or to ensure a longer shelf life? I would appreciate any help or tips! Thanks in advance!
