It depends on the battery size of the e-bike. If it is under 300W, it should work. I use the Power Station for my gaming laptop, which draws about 250 watts at full load and runs for about 1 hour.
Of the 300W nominal power, something is still lost for the DC AC conversion, so the effective power is somewhat lower.
