Hello I bought a doorbell camera without chime but when I want to add it in my application it asks me to confirm if I want to add the chime or not and when I press ok it takes me back to the main menu thank you for your help

Normally the app activates the smartphone camera after 'add' to scan the QR code of the doorbell. Perhaps the eufy app does not have access to the camera (under Settings/eufy security)?

I didn't buy a doorbell camera, but I had problems because the camera and the Homebase were not connected to the same wifi. The same wifi for all components is a prerequisite for communication
