Hello, I have now tried to set up my BE65-5G. Neither the SIM card of my mobile nor that of my girlfriend stays in the device (both NanoSIM). They are always pushed out slightly and not recognised. Is this a fault with the device or do I need special SIM cards? Thank you 1000

I pushed the SIM into the router with my fingernail. To anchor it, it must be inserted slightly deeper than the surrounding housing (pay attention to the pictogram).

We had the same problem with Swisscom SIM. Had to swap it for another router

You don't need a special SIM card for this, it should work without any problems.
