Good evening, 
I use my Starlink kit in France in my holiday home in Camper mode so I can cut the service when I'm not using it and I pay 59€ per month (subscription with my address in France).
To subscribe, as KAiMil mentioned, go to www.starlink.com/ch/residential.

There is a world map showing exactly where you have starlink reception...you sign up on the starlink website...there are 3 or 4 options...fixed location, camper or always on the move starts at 50 chf...have a look at the website https://www.starlink.com/ch/residential
