I ordered new 303XL inks and they are not working. The printer says they are empty. I just unpacked them and put them in the printer. I feel really let down. I've had the printer for 2 weeks and now the inks don't even work. Who can help me?

It's good that you were able to test the cartridge. There is no longer any question that the printer has a defect. Even though the DOA period (14 days for this device) is already over, I hope that a new device will be delivered to you relatively easily. With a new price of 86 CHF, repair is hardly worth it...
