Question about Bose QuietComfort Ultra

Hello together I've recently been having major problems with the automatic switch-on and switch-off function. In the app, I have set the setting to "never", but this only applies to the audio signal. If you don't move the KH for 60 minutes, they also switch on, even if you have set "never" in the settings. According to Bose, this is a function that cannot be switched off. In my case, they even switch off after 10 minutes of inactivity and sometimes even as long as I have them on my head. The support from Bose is very poor or non-existent. I use the KH at work and so they are useless. Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done? A thousand thanks in advance for your help!

Your description points more to a hardware problem.
I would check whether the sporadic switch-off occurs more frequently when the battery is low. That would be a clear indication that something is wrong with the internal battery. Or... The internal motion sensor may have a problem. This is rather unlikely but not impossible. I don't have the problems you describe. I think you should send the headphones in for repair/replacement while they are still under warranty.
