Hello, I have a Samsung HW-c450 soundbar with SWA-9200S speakers that go with my soundbar, but I have to stick my ear in to hear the sound from the rear speakers! How do I get the sound to work and the surround effect to work, knowing that the little blue light at the back is on, so it's connected, or is this another problem?

Helpful answer

Hi, in addition to the SWA-9200S speakers, I also have a subwoofer connected to my S60B soundbar and everything works perfectly so far. The small speakers are not extremely loud, but I can adjust this via the SmartThings app on the soundbar --> channel volume (slider "Rear" to the right +). I have "Adaptive sound" sound mode. I hope it also works for you via the app. Best regards

Hello, with some TVs you can set the surround sound mode, which will increase the effects, and rear adjustment is possible with some soundbars. If not, you could try making a change from the Smart Things app once the soundbar is connected to the app.

I had the same problem. I think it's down to the loudspeakers - you can't make them any louder. It's a shame for the price, but there's no other option.
