Hello I have unpacked the Scribe and put it into operation. Then I wanted to create a hand note. However, this is unfortunately not possible as the pen already starts to "write" about 1cm above the surface. After some searching on the internet, it only says: "replace the writing tip and if this does not help, restart the device". I did both, but to no avail. Apparently the pen has already been delivered defective. Has anyone else had the same problems?
