Question about JBL Bar 5.1

Hi everyone, installation so far without any problems. Now, however, I can suddenly no longer connect the device to my mobile phone (Samsung S9) or to Google Home, which I could do without any problems at the beginning. Unfortunately, the BT connection was lost again and again and is now completely gone. Has anyone had this experience or any other tips? Thank you!

Try to perform a hard reset... as described in the instructions at point 10. 4. This resets the Soundbar to the factory settings (all settings are lost). Simply hold down all 4 buttons on the Soundbar until Reset is displayed. I have not had any problems with the Soundbar so far, but it is certainly worth a try.
