Hi, I want to get the Kindle Unlimited subscription to get the books but when I try to get it from Amazon DE I get this error "Sorry, this account is not eligible. Please contact customer service for help." What can I do to bypass this, any other alternatives?

I would recommend, as the error message states, that you contact Customer Service for the Kindle. They can check your account and give you more information as to why this error message is appearing.
