Hi I will be buying the voucher from the UK with a British credit card. When buying the items in-store with the vouchers does the original credit card need to be produced. Does the voucher need to be printed out. A family member will pick the item up.

Hi, when you buy the voucher, your credit card is debited with the corresponding amount in GBP. From that moment on the voucher is active in digitec's system and there's no link to your credit card. You can send the voucher by mail (as it comes in a pdf form) or you can print it and hand it over to the person of your choice. When that person buys something on digitec.ch there's a section in the payment step where she can specify that she wants to pay with the voucher (or part with the amount). If the value of the transaction is below the amount of the voucher then the remaining amount can be used later on for a different transaction. I suppose that buying things in their physical shop works the same way.
