Unfortunately, there is a problem with certain brands.
On the one hand, we can only measure the duration if we also process this, and with suppliers from third-party dealers we can usually only measure the quota with the number.
The other reason is that certain brands or service centres do not specify a lead time and we therefore have nothing to measure, or there are products with immediate solutions in the system. These are not recorded either.
