I am outraged! You have sent me a product that has already been used by someone else and on top of that this person has replaced his broken camera to put it in the packaging and has sent it back to you for a refund probably !!!!! I'm going to send it back to you and ask for my money back! The digitec/galaxus policy is becoming the same as zalando's and I don't agree with it.
