I am using this cable to connect my laptop Lenovo L13 Yoga to a screen Samsung C34J791WRT but there's no image. The laptop detects the cable and is charging, but image though. Any suggestions? I have tried different ports and also switching the input/sources options but still no luck.

you pobably need to install DisplayLink driver https://www.synaptics.com/products... on your laptop.

They seem to not play nice with some devices. Charging always works but for other functionality it's a lucky dip. Sorry not to be able to help further. I only bought them for charging.
