I bought Plutoos cartridges. The order/ galaxus website says HP compatible. Printer rejects these cartridges. A return was registered for me in the customer centre. When I returned the cartridges, I was told that there would be no refund. If this is true, I feel ripped off.

My HP ENVY Photo 7800 did not accept the same Plutoos HP 303 XL cartridges either.
I posted these under "Experience" and disposed of them with a loss of confidence.

No, this doesn't work for me either.
I don't think it's right for Galaxus to declare these as compatible.
