I bought the Ezviz Duo Pack that includes 2 cameras C3A and the base W2D. Each item seems to work fine separately but the base is not linking with any of both cameras. I have an open ticket since 3 weeks at Ezviz Consumer Support but they still did not manage to help me. I have the base W2D connected by WLAN cable to an UPC Giga box and its led light is solid green. I believe there is an issue with the pairing system of the base. Could somebody give me a hint? (Sorry, my German is still not good enough)
