I bought this powerbank to charge my laptop. Now my laptop (Asus TUF F15 FX507ZC4 from Digitec) only charges at 0.1 Watt according to the display via USB-C. Is the powerbank not suitable for this purpose or is something additional needed? Charging cable from Asus is a 6mm diameter, but can't find an adapter for USB-C if that would help. Thanks for the help :)

The thickness of the cable gives little information. What you need to know is the wattage required for the computer. If your computer has a dedicated charging cable, you need to make sure that the USB-C port is also suitable for charging (this is sometimes not the case). If it's a proprietary charging cable, unfortunately there's no other option than to find a USB-C cable with an appropriate plug.

Just because your laptop has a USB-C port, it doesn't mean that this port is for charging your laptop. If your laptop was supplied with a dedicated charger fitted with a barrel plug, the problem is with your laptop, not the Anker battery.
