I bought this product to connect a laptop running Windows 11 and a Mac mini (OS Sonoma) + Dell S2722QC screen. The aim was for the Dell screen to be the main screen. Unfortunately nothing worked and no message was displayed on either the laptop or the Dell screen. I've sent a request to Digitec for help and I can't find anything interesting on the internet. If someone could help me... Thank you very much!

I connected it the wrong way and it didn't work.
It seems weird but you have to connect to che computer the USB that is on the side with just 2 USBs
In other words you can connect 2 computer using the 2 usb ports, to 4 peripherials (mouse, printer, keyboard, etc)
