I cannot change the paper size to photo 100 x 148 - only Letter or A4

So when you open the Selphie app, you can click on Postcard at the top. There are three possible formats. Postcard/L/Card and Postcard is the correct format for me (100x148).

I don't quite understand the question. It's only 100x148, which is specified by the photo paper supplied.
