I currently own a Sony Reader PRS-T1 and am looking for a suitable successor E Reader. Therefore, two three questions: Is the screen of this e-reader anti-reflective? And how does the book management work? Via an app on the computer or directly via the reader? Does this reader also support the E-Pub format?

I don't know the Sony and so my answers can only partially help you. The screen is matte / matt so no problem with reflections. You can buy/download books directly from the Kindle (when connected to the internet) or via the app on your smartphone. I don't know what e-pubs are, what I can tell you is that you definitely download to Kindle what you find on Amazon... so I would research that...
