Question about Acer 5G Router Predator Connect X5 5G CPE

I have been using the Predator X5 for about 3 months now. The antenna is very weak, always only 1 bar in the 5G display, even if a mobile is next to it and has full reception. Now I have bought the Panorama Antennas DMM-7-38-2TS9 and hung them on the wall outside.... Result...0. In the first speed test, the result was even worse than without the external antenna? How can this be? The router is MIMO capable, isn't it? In the settings I changed the antenna to external. I have the feeling that the RSRP value is extremely bad. External: RSRP: -110 dBm / RSSI: -103 dBm (up/down 190Mbps /31Mbps) Internal: RSRP: -116 dBm / RSSI: -111 dBm (up/down 220Mbps /32Mbps) Does anyone know if the reboot problem has been fixed? In case of power failure you have to restart the router manually... very funny in winter when the whole heating depends on it and you are not at home....

Helpful answer
As far as I have read, the problem with the antenna is also a software bug that has not yet been fixed (https://community.acer.com/en...). The manual reboot is apparently not a software problem but a hardware problem that cannot be solved. I am very disappointed with this router. I bought it with a package from Digital Republic. So the whole offer is just useless.

The problems with this router were too varied and the problem solving on the part of the manufacturer was too slow, so I have since switched to the 5g router from TP-Link and have not regretted it so far.
