I have two cameras in operation. However, one of them regularly loses its set position. As a result, it does not look in the right direction. When panning, it also reports that it is at the stop, although this is not the case. After a few manual movements, it finds itself again. Does anyone know this?

Helpful answer

With two cameras, you have a good starting position. The camera is defective and should be returned to the store.

I have two C520WS and other Tapos and am not familiar with this phenomenon.

I don't know this at all... but you have calibrated it, I assume?

I have no problems with the cam. I think this is a warranty case

Oh, I'm sorry for your problems. I also use two cameras, but I don't have problems like this. Is the camera firmware up to date? Is your app up to date too? Since your question was asked in German, I recommend you search the support pages offered on the German website (https://www.tapo.com/de...). Good luck and I hope it gets resolved quickly.
