I have two questions: 1. the TV itself only has this one thin cable, the 230V only has to be connected to the box that comes with it. And 2. I wonder if it is possible to move this box to another room so that the remote control will still work even if the box is behind a concrete wall. (so the question is whether the receiver for the remote control is in the TV or in the box).

Hello, both a power cable and the thin optical cable go to the TV. The power cable is quite thin and the optical cable can be easily wrapped around it or hidden behind it. The remote control is, as far as I know, radio and not infrared. So there doesn't have to be a direct line of sight to the TV - but I don't know if the receiver is in the TV or in the box.

The brand new QLED TVs from Samsung apparently only have one cable, but they also cost more and don't have pretty frames.
