Question about Samsung Clx-6260fw

I keep getting error messages when scanning with the document feeder that there is not enough memory. Since the machine is quite large, I have the printer in the basement. Printing single pages is quite fast, but the print job quickly stops when printing multiple pages. I thought that a RAM upgrade would help. You can upgrade to 1GB. Does anyone know which module I need? The current RAM module says: "DDR3_Chorus3_Next Level", "DDR3 RAM DIMM Revo.2 6L", JC41-00753A, JC-02473A, BTI ML-2, 94V-01433. I just copied it down. This is 512MB and I would be looking for 1GB. Thanks for the help!

Helpful answer
Since it is a very old printer, the memory can probably no longer be ordered.
Is it possible that the RAM of the PC / notebook is too small?
Check the memory in the Task Manager.
Is the document scanned as a PDF or as a JPG?
It should not be a problem as a PDF with 300 DPI.
