Question about Logitech slim folio

I ordered the keyboard for my iPad Pro 9.7" (2017). Now it seems that the position of the magnets are off by a few mm, so that when the iPad is in the intended case, it does not 'lock' into the working position and is not recognised properly. Has anyone used the keyboard with the iPad PRO (2017)?

The same thing happened to me. I couldn't find a way to operate the keyboard on my iPad Pro. I gave the keyboard to a friend who owns an iPad 2017 (not a Pro) - the keyboard works as expected and he is happy with it. Ergo: Charge under Sunk Cost, or at best return if Digitec is accommodating.
