I read that the Note air 4C suffers from the same screen fragility problem as the previous version. Onyx automatically blames the consumer even if it is a design defect by not paying for a replacement. Who is responsible for the warranty in the case of a Galaxus purchase?

Our warranty conditions are generally based on those of the manufacturers. In the event of a problem with a product purchased from us, the product will still be sent to a service centre of the brand in question or to a centre authorised by the manufacturer.
