I understand that the rush with the FS2020 is very great. But how can it be that the delivery date is postponed 3 times? Production, shipping and delivery can't be that difficult to calculate? In my profession, that would entail a penalty. And why didn't Logitech pre-produce?

As of today, 10.12.2020, still no progress, except that the date is being postponed on a rolling basis (certainly more than 10 times by now). The answer from digitec support is unsatisfactory, the blame is simply passed on. Digitec should be responsible for quality management. It's a shame that things have deteriorated noticeably under the Migros management.
