Hello Jonas - that's no problem at all. The headset consists of two parts: A USB connector with "control console" (preamplifier with function keys for telephony and volume) and a detachable headphone part (cable length approx. 1.2m) which has a mini-jack. It fits into the iPhone. You just don't have any control buttons on the cable (like with the original Apple headset). But the quality of the headphones is good. Speech quality through the microphone is also good. We have 6 such "sets" in our office for softphones and Skype and are very satisfied. I also use them on my iPhone now and then.
