I'd like to do a bit more drawing again, and I'd also like to do some digital drawing. What can you recommend for a laptop in combination with a Wacom Cintiq 16, in the price range of CHF 700 - CHF 1000?

Mhhh any device with 16GB RAM. Depending on how big your screen is, you will quickly reach the limit with 8GB and the device will start lagging.

Happened to me all the time on my Surface Book with Krita when I was using 5K resolution with multiple layers.

Just filter for 16GB and get the device that suits you best.
