If I remove both small surround boxes they do not work why? When I remove the first one, it works, but when I remove the second one, they don't work anymore, why is that?

Everything works for me. Try unplugging the soundbar for a while and trying again, otherwise check the warranty.

They both work for me. Could be a defect... or a bug in the firmware. Maybe it can be updated?
