If I were to buy this tablet, in addition to drawing, handwritten annotation, e.g. in OneNote (via PC or Mac) or writing by hand in general would be a topic for me. Do you have any experience of how good the writing experience is in OneNote, for example?

I personally use obsidian to take notes with the help of a plugin. Note-taking on one note under windows 11 is terrible, there's a lot of 'jumping' with the stylus. If the need for note-taking outweighs the need to draw, I'd recommend the iPad. Most note-taking apps offer a pleasant experience. Especially as for drawing there's procreate, csp and for sculpting there's zbrush and nomad sculpt. If drawing comes first then obsidian will do the job for note-taking.
