Is it possible to connect this controller to a Raspberry Pi 3 (for Retropie, for example)? And to an Android smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S8) (for Android applications or Steam Link, for example)? Is the connection via Bluetooth? Is there a cable included with the controller?

I don't know if it works with the Raspberry but I think it does. at least with the ps3 controller it worked. but with the Galaxy S8 it works very well. yes with Bluetooth on the android.
