Is it possible to connect this router with my router RT-Ac68U Wireless with crossband technology? So that I can plug the devices into the lan port in my office and it conected via wifi to my living room with my other router. So like a repater in which I connect my devices with the lan cable. And do I have full performance with the wifi?

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any information on the first point.

To point 2, I say quite clearly. Full power via W-Lan = No! In a normal household there are always some kind of interference signals / sources of interference that influence the transmission or speed. If you want full performance 24/7, you should use cable.
