Yes, that's no problem at all. You just need enough memory on the card and, above all, enough battery reserve. For longer recordings, I would supply the camera with power via the mains adapter. Alternatively, you can also reduce the video quality a little. If you're not filming in 4K, you can easily record for over an hour with one set of batteries.
