I think you can. Nevertheless, it is not advisable to zoom, because quality, i.e. resolution, is lost. It would therefore make sense to make up for this in post-production.

There is of course only one digital zoom: 2x for photos; for videos it varies depending on the resolution. You can easily find the operating instructions (dji pocket 3 manual). The Creator Combo also includes a magnetic wide-angle lens attachment. This "action camera" is also hardly suitable for telephoto shots. A Sony "vlogging camera", for example, would be better.
