Is it true that the TV with the stand has a slight tilt (approx. 3-5 degrees) to the rear?

A small tilt can occur and can be a maximum of 0.5 degrees forwards or 1.5 degrees backwards. If you notice a larger deviation, it is usually due to an assembly error or because the base is not completely straight. It often helps to reposition the base once. My TV is also upright, as is the base, of course.
I hadn't noticed... I think it's pretty straight 🙃
Unfortunately I can't answer this question as I have my TV mounted directly on the wall.
Mine doesn't have one. Fyi. Nor should it, if I look at the construction of the stand.
