The GPS receiver is included, which is also the mounting part that you stick on the windscreen.
The camera itself can be easily inserted into this mount from above. The power cable can also be plugged into the holder, so that the camera itself is very easy to remove.
The length is approx. 4-5 m, at worst you can order one separately, it's a normal USB mini cable.
