Is the lens also available with a Nikon mount for Nikon APS-C cameras?

No, there is not and there will not be. This is a lens that was developed exclusively for mirrorless system cameras (significantly shorter flange focal length). There will never be an F mount lens. There may be one for Z Mount, but as long as Nikon only half-heartedly maintains APS-C, Tamron will certainly have no interest in it. Tamron currently only markets lenses for mirrorless Sony cameras.
