Works very well, I use a 64GB model of it myself in my Switch and it works flawlessly. The Switch generally supports micro SD cards with up to 2048GB storage capacity. However, I would think twice about whether a 128GB card really makes sense, because the prices for download games in the Eshop are a good 30% higher than the prices at Digitec and for games that you buy physically (e.g. at Digitec) you need almost no storage space in the Switch itself. I would therefore think twice about whether you really need a micro SD card, because I myself have 12 games and my 32GB in the console itself is perfectly sufficient.
