Is there a setting that exists that prompts the unit to autoboot after a power interruption? I have to go back to the studio and restart the unit every time.

I also have the problem every 1.5 months that it simply goes into malfunction (red LED), then the only thing that helps is to remove the power and then restart... resp. reset. This means retyping the WIFI settings every time so that all devices can connect again. Very annoying

It is defective according to comments in the ACER community.
Any router need to recover to a powered ON state after a power failure. Quite obvious.

Apparently the problem is that the power ON switch that was not well designed by the engineers. Unfortunate for many users.

We are waiting for ACER to provide a good solution to existing customers as this issue renders the actual units as "defective".
